To access most features of the Platform you must register for a free account. When registering you agree to:
We reserve the right to refuse registration or to cancel an account at our sole discretion, including where a username is found to be offensive, impersonating another person, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban is prohibited.
LifeTruthWay is a safe, faith-affirming space. All users are expected to treat one another with dignity, honesty and care. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to remove any content and to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these standards, without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees paid.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including community notes, profile information and comments (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute and adapt that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform, including on social media channels. You waive any moral rights in that content to the extent permitted by law.
You represent and warrant that:
We do not endorse User Content and take no responsibility for it. You use content posted by other users at your own risk.
All content created and published by us — including but not limited to the Platform design, logo, graphics, written articles, scripture curation, course materials and software code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of our content without our prior written permission.
Scripture quotations displayed on the Platform are used for non-commercial, educational and devotional purposes. Individual Bible translations may be subject to their own licences and copyright notices.
Fair use of our content for personal, non-commercial and educational purposes is permitted provided you credit LifeTruthWay as the source.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where pricing changes affect an active subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any increase takes effect.
Your privacy matters to us. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Data is used solely to operate, improve and personalise the Platform.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@lifetruthway.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
All content — including articles, scripture reflections, wellness tools and community posts — is provided for informational, educational and devotional purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical, mental or spiritual condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or a medical emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Views expressed in community notes and user-generated content belong to the individual users and do not represent the views, beliefs or endorsements of LifeTruthWay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £50 GBP (or local currency equivalent).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@lifetruthway.org. Upon closure, your profile and content will be removed from public view within a reasonable period.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Sections 5 (User-Generated Content), 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, our services or our practices. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
