The Life Page

The Life page is your daily wellness hub. It has two core tools — the Vibes Meter (your emotional check-in) and the Soul Cleanse (a guided detox programme).

✨ Vibes Meter

Rate how you're feeling spiritually and emotionally today. Your score builds a wellness trend over time.

🌊 Soul Cleanse

A day-by-day detox programme. Check off each day and build a streak that earns you leaderboard points.

Using the Vibes Meter

  1. Open The Life page

From your home dashboard, click the Life panel, or tap it from the top navigation.

  2. Choose your vibe score

Slide or tap the meter to reflect how you're feeling today — from low to high. There's no wrong answer; this is just for you.

  3. Submit and earn points

Tap Save my vibe. Your score is recorded and you earn points toward the leaderboard for completing your daily check-in.

Community

The Community page is where members share thoughts, questions and encouragement — organised around the nine Fruits of the Spirit. Think of it as a faith-centred social feed.

Posting a note

  1. Go to the Community page

Click Community in the navigation bar or from the hub. You'll see topic cards for each Fruit of the Spirit.

  2. Write your note

In the composer box, type what's on your mind — a reflection, a question, an encouragement. Keep it genuine.

  3. Choose a Fruit of the Spirit

Use the Fruit of the Spirit dropdown to tag your note — for example, Peace, Joy or Patience. This adds it to that topic's count and feed.

  4. Tap Post

Your note appears at the top of the community feed instantly. Others can like it and follow you.
